This newly-revised 2008 document provides the policy guidance and tools that State agencies need to plan, implement, and assess their Disaster Food Stamp Program operations.  This new version replaces the Disaster Food Stamp Program Guidance issued in April, 2007.  Significant changes made to update the guidance are highlighted in yellow.
